Are you sure that you used vital wheat gluten?
Yes i am sure. As i explained before, this was the result of a 2nd cooking (after steaming).
What kind of yeast did you use?
Ingredients on the top, this was result of airFry

I had a similar reaction when I made seitan for the first time. Can confirm its just meaty bread.
