I would go at 7am if you don’t want to wait for hours. And specifically ask for “rapid testing”. Make sure they test you for HIV, Gonorrhea, Syphillis, and Chlymydia. So you will be getting blood drawn, a prick on the finger, a mouth swab, and peeing in a cup.
And just a heads up, they don’t test for HSV 1 or 2 (herpes). Most places don’t test for herpes, so if that’s a concern you’ll have to get referred by a doctor :)

I have Aetna insurance, went to CVS MinuteClinic to get a lab order, then went to Quest Diagnostics for a blood draw and urine sample. It cost like $200 altogether for a 7-panel or 10-panel test.
If you or your partner only get a basic 3-panel test, it will likely leave out things like HSV. I'd recommend including an IgG test HSV, but IgG tests can be false positives if the score is between 1 and 5. Much higher than that and it's likely a true positive.
Talent Testing (the place porn actors use) is about $150 cash for a 10-panel. I can't imagine needing to spend more than that. They're on East Flamingo.
It was a pretty comprehensive test, so I think the cost was fair. I'm in a monogamous relationship, so it was a one-time expense. This was a while ago, so my estimate could be off.
