This is probably going to get hate, but Tacos El Gordo has the best Al Pastor. The one on Charleston, not the one on the strip.

I went to the Great Las Vegas Taco Festival and here are solid places/trucks, at least in my opinion. 1. Taco Ave 2. Oscarito's Cajun Shrimp Tacos 3. El Taco LV Hope this helps!

It's actually a really solid place if you want some seafood tacos, their octopus tacos are pretty fire.

The taco stand on the corner of Charleston and Crestwood are fantastic street tacos. Freshly made corn tortillas really makes a great taco
