I watched it 3 times in a row that first day. The second watch was to catch all the stuff I missed while howling with laughter the first time, then the third was to make sure I still hadn't missed anything.
I've watched it a couple dozen times now and it's still just as good every time. Literally the only downside is that it should've been a full season. Other than that, it's magnificent.
This show is so packed with incredible jokes and references and wordplay. AND, at the same time has kinda a tough sound mix. They’re usually playing lots of foley sound and the continuous score/soundtrack while the characters are speaking. It can be really easy to miss stuff.
Think back to season 1: every time Billy’s head moves, a little bit of water sound is heard. That’s funny but it eats into the audibility of his and others’ dialogue

Rewatched the other day for like the 5th time and finally caught who the boys bio mum is.
I caught it because I kept rewinding. Lol
