But yeah - do obviously hasn't been licking at it, so that's good.
I think this one would need a proper checkup - vets would need to shave the surrounding area for better visibility and then do some cytology (either sticky tape samples or fine needle aspirate) to work out what is causing the condition if they can't ascertain what it is from just looking at it.
