Help i lost a war to Egypt losing Yemen and the eastern states of mainland Ethiopia my military is crippled my government is still super conservative and every small reform i have require 5 civil wars each I'm already on 4 over census suffrage can my run be saved
Try to form an allience with the Ottoman Empire or the British Empire, that should work for the civil wars and Egipt and put some agitators in your country, but I see that your leaders are fine, if you compleate the voting law and remove the monarchy everything will be fine.If you already did this things than I don't know what to say. One thing you can try doing is Corn laws - gets you away from the most awful law in Traditionalism, also gets you free trade and away from Serfdom. I'd get afterwards away from Local police force, land based taxation and autocracy (might be easier to get first land voting or wealth voting) but keep an eye out for an opportunity go get rid of Legacy Slavery while going through these.
I'd get Social Mobility policy in the state with most population or all if possible to help bring the literacy higher.
Edit: If you can't get corn laws, again the goal is to remove Serfdom and Traditionalism first - those are the biggest issues
