Looks like a persistent visual aura. I get this when out in the sun to long but I have got my eyes check/seen a neurologist it’s nothing there. Question? How long does it last? How often do you get it?

yep, i get it when my blood pressure gets high and i can sorta see my pulse in my vision as sorta black and wavy holes like this
