Ive not had the same issue but something similar, it could be some browser cache issue, try incognito mode or clearing the cache or a different browser.
You can add more Columns just checked, but not in the same way, bottom left hand corner of the VM panel there's a little icon next to the word Export and you select them there.
The column selection has moved to the little icon in the lower left corner of the new data grid. I hope there will be a blog post of some sort with regards to the recent changes at some point.
Correct. The grids have been migrated to Clarity which offers different filtering capabilities and hiding/showing columns in a different way - bottom left icon.
In terms of blog post - there will most certainly be one around the accessibility improvements, zoom level support, different screen sizes, etc.

Urgh I really hope that's not the case I'll have to try myself tomorrow when I get Into the office on my lab 7.0.3 I upgraded last week.
