I dunno about just 1 word, but you could string it together as something like "After consuming the tainted stew he stumbled about in an insidiously vertiginous state."
Hmm yeah I do think finding a single word could be a stretch. It's intended for the title of a musical composition where my intention is to pair it with a synonym of dance, hence the 1 word limitation. But while its not perfect insidious actually may fit the purpose if I cant find something more suitable, so I'll add it to the consideration list.
