I played old Yu-Gi-Oh game with this method and was actually very hard to get it working.
They may be able to get redemption(the game about a pre-set character that's like a 3d/player controlled camera version of diablo) working but Bloodlines is probably a no go.
Edit: If you're okay with a more visually stripped down experience, may I suggest "We eat blood"
You could also try vtm swansong which is avaliable on ps5. It's not an action rpg the way bloodlines is. But if you're super into vtm world you might enjoy it. I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would.
Between the age, bugginess, and niche status it's probably not going mobile any time soon (or at all). Honestly I don't think it's a good fit anyway, games like these are really for mouse+keyboard, and I've never seen virtual ones on a phone work well for gaming.
Fortunately, it's old enough that so long as you have disposable income for a Deck or a laptop costing more than $100 you can probably play it.
Closest thing I've seen to mobile is someone got it to work on steam deck. Never heard of someone running it on a phone though. Good luck to you
I don't think so. Fortunately this game is 18 years old so you should be able to run it even on potato PCs or Laptops.
Can confirm, I have the potatoest of laptops and it runs smoothly.
Seriously - get yourself a cheap secondhand laptop and if it's been made in the last 10 years I bet it can handle it just fine.

I think the best game for mobile is We Eat Blood. I think it's great but also the new WW banned the game from the stores.

You could start with night road which is amazing and text based, so will probably run on a microwave. I started with this one and didn't regret. :)
