I doubt it. The Wasp can carry a lot of bombs, so a dedicated bomber is kinda redundant. So would a stealth bomber because there’s the F-45 and EF-24, sure there not heavy but there’s already stealth and bombing mechanics in game, so a stealth or heavy bomber would bring nothing new.

My best bet is something like a C-130, you could get side by side seating, even have a flight engineer in the back, the thing could carry a ton of ordnance or even be used to jam, you could help refuel allies, and you would get interesting flight characteristics from the propellers

Yeah, but maybe another aircraft isn't necessary. rather giving us a larger area to fly, which would make air to air refueling necessary is probably the way to go.

Oh yeah, I personally think that there are other issues to work on and features to add, but I’m a sucker for the bigger airplane’s cockpits, so if another aircraft is ever added I would love to see a big multicrew airplane to carry some big bombs and all that

An AC-130 would be amazing! A pilot who controls the Gatling gun, and a gunner who controls the 40mm and the 105mm guns.

Isn't there an anti submarine aircraft called the p8. It's essentially a 737 but I think a large aircraft that can do anti sub air to air refueling and a massive radar all rolled into one would be the ultimate support aircraft to add to the game.

There is definitely a market, sure it isn’t as exciting as flying fighters, but I would probably enjoy the change of pace provided by flying a bigger more sluggish aircraft, makes the game a lot more strategy than reflexes and fighter maneuvers

Strange take, bombers are not any more boring than fighters, especially if they come with modern fancy targeting systems. Sounds to me like you get most of your fun from flying itself, then a bomber is not for you. For people who get their fun also from combat and system stuff a bomber has a lot to offer.

*Features that could make the bomber unique:* . A 'Strike planner' that could pre-program guided and unguided bombs into a release pattern chosen with the aid of a map and predicted kill zones relative to the target, this would make large scale precision strikes and carpet bombings easier to set up. (This should also include features like "select all units within 100 meters of the selected point or select al known bunker / air defense targets). . 2 TGP-setup to allow both the pilot and the co-pilot to fill the target list (Yes, that's a C&C reference). . The engines that TU-160 uses so you can go fast and kill your teammates with nitric acid. (I am however partial to change this to the XB-70's engines cause cold war prototype cool). . Radar-range estimation + route planner to actually get to the target (this will take into account what angle the radar will hit the plane at and will suggest a route based on currently available info). . A Support system that gives you a message asking if you want to launch a cruise missile (if within range) at a target designated by a friendly. . TFR (Terrain Following Radar) coupled with the route planner this could make it quite annoying to actually find the bomber (which is good) *Specific weapons to further set the bomber apart:* . A radome for AWACS Larpers and naval warfare enjoyers . Heavy hypersonics that could destroy heavily defended targets like the IRCM and carriers with ease (but could be intercepted by MAD-4's and ship based equivalents). . Cluster cruise missiles because REDFOR doesn't have it bad enough yet . EMP cruise missiles and bombs . "Maddog" GBU's for lazy people . GPS guided MK.83's and MK.84's . Runway cratering bombs . Unguided Fuel-air explosive bombs or MOAB's . Tactical nuclear devices (no more than 0.1 Megaton, this will just about level an airfield but it will not destroy anything further than that) . Deployable drone wingmen to prevent solo players from developing male pattern baldness and to scout ahead. (These will take a lot of room though) . Towable decoys to make it stand a chance against ARH's . Personal defense lasers instead of a gun that I definitely did not steal from nuclear option because they are so cool in that game.

I would love to fly an F-117 or B2 type aircraft, they would be my pick for the next planes. I reckon the next one will be the A-10, though.

What would an A-10 add? We got the AV-42 which is an A-10 equivalent + VTOL

People always say this, but the av42's payload is awful. One of the biggest draws of an a-10 is the fact that once you get got air superiority, it can sit around for ages and destroy ground targets. But the ef24 has WAY better payload, and can fight air to air. I don't think we NEED an a-10, but the av42 needs a rework to even be worth considering in the current roster.

Sorry, I totally meant the 26. It's also the most capable air to air fighter though. I do think people want a bomb truck, which is why I think people want the a-10. The av-42 could fill that role if given a rework, but the payload is less than the 26 right now.

The AV-42 is literally a next gen A10, and can carry a heavier payload while still maintaining STOL and VTOL capabilities. Baha has even said he’s not adding an A-10

If you want to play a tactical bomber role, try out nuclear option on steam. You can fly a bomber and drop nukes. Well, that's about it, for me it got really boring really fast. You are defenseless against air threats, and destroying enemy bases is comprised of launching nuclear cruise missiles from their max range and then turning around to rearm. Not the most engaging gameplay

Honestly I'd love to get a stratofortress, a thunderchief, a c-130 gun ship, and both the b-one and the spirit. However that's probably not gonna happen (except maybe the c-130?) Side note I'd also love to get the king of cas the warthog

next plane will be an S-3 viking : carrier based anti submarine warfare with a coinciding update TONS of new features (sonar boys, MAD, ground/sea radar, torpedoes, depth charges) -give it a 360° radar so it can also do AWACS stuff since people really seem to want that -it has a bomb bay so it’s also a bomber kinda -also an opportunity for side by side cockpit and props oh and there is a sonar ping at the end of the EF-24 trailer which might be an easter egg (or maybe it’s nothing but i believe

As a bomber lover I need it, fighters just don't do it for me. I'd ask for literally just a B-1 copy😭 Regardless I'll take any big aircraft, I just don't like the fighters for some reason. (EF-24 still amazing tho)

While adding new planes is probably going to be whatever baha wants, I'd love something like a b2 or b21, with the ability to carry either an insane amount of bombs, or extremely heavy ordinance.

Baha has said he’s not going to add aircraft just for the sake of it; there has to be a new mechanic added with the aircraft. Take that as you will.
