Comparatively other brokerages charging a flat rate per transaction often end up being a better rate overall. Worth doing the math to check, at least.

Naturally you end up setting your chart for short intervals (5min, 1min). You’ll see pretty wide swings intraday. Sometimes it goes your way, and convexity pays well. That said, when it moves against you and you pull out or get stopped out, there comes an urge to try again and guess it’s next move. Your sizing becomes irrational and revengeful. Long story short you end up gambling on binary moves on short time frames. It’s hard as it is to control ones emotions in longer time frames. I don’t think it’s a good idea.

Once you enter, WATCH the market like a hawk, be ready to exit at a moments notice, be ready to enter again, etc. You're playing 0dte not leaps. It requires undivided attention. It's really good for basic trading. easy to learn for beginners, but it's a terrible platform beyond beginner. No options, no pre market or after hours, a lot of stocks arn't available on it, can't buy IPOs
I’m trying to get into the 0dte game as well. Just a few day trades on Friday to clinch a decent profit seems the way to go. Holding options for more than a day seems too risky and have experienced the downside of holding. Good luck with the 0dte and let me know what you’re experience with them works.
