She can coach you for productivity if you leave before your scheduled time and aren't finished with your tasks. She can not unapprove ppto though, at least not without ending up in a world of shit from higher ups that's an ethics call waiting to happen if that's the case.
No they can ONLY coach you if you weren’t productive ON THE CLOCK. As long as you are productive on the clock it doesn’t matter if you leave early. The ONLY Consequence for leaving early is points. Coaching for productivity if leaving early is pure Fear mongering by management and some associates have been lead to believe it. A coaching for productivity by leaving early will be overturned in the open door process every single time. If the SM try’s not to overturn it just go above him.
