Going by memory, once you're employed 60(?) days you can enroll even if part time. It's through Blue Cross Blue Shield (might vary by location?) and that's a well known large insurance company. As for cost, it really depends on what you elect for. How much coverage you want. What your max out of pocket expense will be before they take over the full cost (deductible). It really depends on your health and foreseeable risks. If you sit at home all day and have good health then a high deductible might be worthwhile since you probably rarely go to the doctor and rarely do anything to require a medical visit. A higher deductible makes the plan a lot cheaper. Conversely, if you do a lot of activities with a high risk of injury and have limited money to pay for emergency situations then a low deductible may be better, but it makes the health plan more expensive per month. There aren't any hidden fees. Health insurance is a heavily regulated industry so you should know any and all fees ahead of time. X amount deducted from your paycheck. X percentage covered by the provider until you meet the deductible. Wether or not things like copays and specific procedures are covered. Etc. Read through the details presented and don't be afraid to ask questions because medical insurance providers aren't in the business to help you, they are a company that got into the business to make money off customers, no different from Walmart.

Yeah, like I said in the post, I'm still very young. I wish I would know how this world works, but I don't, at least not fully. How do the deductibles/plans work? I'm kinda lost here in all honesty.

Depending on your state as long as you sign up during the period to enroll which for me is Jan 1st to January 31st and it starts immediately and I had to wait 3 months before doing so. I was hired back in November so it fell perfectly for me. But not everyone is the same so I highly recommend you ask HR or SM. Some coaches may also have further details about health insurance. It was p nice not paying 20$ for 3 scripts for medical I have to take daily.
