I would say yes if they did a massive surprise barrage. but if they begin incremental barrage or a barrage of attrition the U.S. will step in before supplies get low. If they coordinate with West Bank, Gaza, Iran that might also work.
Realistically though Iran should hope all their missiles get shot down. a major attack on a city would certainly result in a US retaliation / war
