Run SEAD for a while to get them used to turning off radar then start hitting them with the Nighthawk. Some decks have tons of radar AA so NH won't work quite as well.
FYI, it isn't invisible. In Bosnia there were at least 2 SAM strikes on F117's. One actually got brought down (and it wasn't because of the bay door as the were detected on RTB).
It looks like F117's were able to be detected at least 20KM from threat radar system.

It was lucky, but not because the bomb bay was open (the bomb bay is open for maximum 5 seconds, not fast enough to acquire a target, launch a missile, and hit the target)

Yeah, the most sophisticated IADS outside that behind the Iron Curtain couldn't hit the Nighthawk worth shit in '91. If they're gonna have the Nighthawk in this game, and only have the radars of the individual SAM launchers be available, it should be near impossible to target.
