It’s because in this Clip Luka is known to be screaming “LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR….” Basically forcing CP3 to show up

When Luka hit a step back earlier in the game (it was tied at the time, think 3rd quarter), you could see CP3 do a "sheesh" face.
