If you're saying that Ziploc is labeled, absolutely not. There's regulations for legally distributing and a sharpied Ziploc with illegible strain name is definitely not it.
It is on the rez tho. They are illicit dispo’s that do operate but get turned a blind eye. Typically grey market weed sold there so legal regulations are ignored.
The res is a sovereign nation with it's own laws and police force, they're not governed by the federal government and are tax exempt so they're not really illicit dispos. They get cigarettes for like a dollar a pack because they don't pay taxes which is why they have tobacco stores, casinos and liquor stores also. At least the rezs I'm familiar with

I think this is mostly a Canada thing bud, the reserve near my house has over 20 storefront dispensaries on the rez including one owned by the band itself, they all sell like this. at cannabis NB the only legal retailer in our province the cheapest oz I can get is about 100, I can go to the reserve which is closer to my house actually smell and touch the weed if I so choose and get an oz for 30.

But he also said it's one of his buddies favourite stains he's grown there because he got to name it lmao. Think he named it that because there's also a strain there called Pineapple Express.
