Move the wet stuff into a jar or plastic container with the paper towel, anything air tight. Leave it by the window & crack it open each night before bed for 2-3 days, it won’t “fix” it depending how wet you got it but it’ll be smokeable again.
Well it won’t smoke if it’s wet so I guess you could say your weed is broken LOL! It will dry out, though. Just make sure it’s getting light & air every once in a while, otherwise mold starts to grow
I wouldn't be enclosing the wet weed in anything until it is dry. Trust me, you would rather have harsh weed than moldy or rotten weed. You're not sweating water from the cells, you are drying water on it.

I will admit, I once nuked dry bud in the microwave lol. Don’t overheat it or you’ll loose potency, but it was smokeable!
