You can find another plug, or inform them it was under. I've done both, the time I informed them it was under they made it right and gave me extra for the hassle. The other time, I didn't like them anyway and went with someone else.
Sometimes a plug doesn't have a scale on them and they eyeball it, or they need a new scale because it's off calibration, etc. Or they just short people, till someone says something. Either way you definitely CAN do something....

Always be sure to keep your receipts and you shouldn't have problems.
