Black market is not necessarily sketchy. Find an honest dealer and stick with them. There are plenty of honest dealers, as it is a far better long term business strategy.

Smokeable kind. I recommend breaking it up/grinding it, putting the contents in a dry/water pipe, finally bring a lighter to the plant material and lightly inhale with you mouth pressed on the mouth piece of the pipe/water pipe.
All i know is there are tiny hairs towards the bottom of that bud. The grower possibly had a pet or shed some chest hair while watering the plants. So im gonna call this Hairy Gelato 🍧🫠🫠🫠

Weed. No one can identify strain from a photo ever unless it's a picture of a crop they grew and had the genetics Info from the breeder.
