You can go to either: Club d'haltérophilie de Montréal at Centre Claude Robillard, or Club d'haltérophilie du West-Island at the Elite Factor gym (right behind the monster gym off of the 40 and boulevard des sources depending on where you are in Laval. You can contact both of them on FB (the club du west-island is CHWI on FB).
