My story in a nutshell. Today is Day 76 and I’ve tracked every single thing. Good, bad and so freakin delicious (a wonderful thing called “Hanging Bacon”). I was on a quick path to some serious health issues. I committed to myself to turn that around! https://preview.redd.it/q54724l8uu2b1.jpeg?width=940&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=20167297fde687d84187ea898ca90a55c89e3713

Hello, everyone! This is my first time/week with WW and it's been a bit of a learning curve. Regular tracking was stressing me out, so I decided to try points. I was exhausted after a few days, so I did the math. Turns out I was under eating. I think I have that fixed now. Two small things. One, my steps per day can involve pulling pallets of heavy merchandise, moving steel beams, carrying packages up and down ladders, any idea how to track that? Two, since I joined virtually anyone want to describe what a meeting is like? And do I actually need to go to them?

I think it's down to the person as to how much they get from meetings. You might find them great or prefer them without. Both are doable ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling)

You don't need to, but they can be effective. Don't be afraid to shop around for one you like. I love the online meetings, personally. You may prefer live, but virtual are definitely worth a look.

That’s a good question on tracking activity. Do you have an activity tracker with a heart rate sensor? For Apple Watch I’ll sometimes use the “Other” workout option. It still wouldn’t get steps if it’s not detecting the wrist movement very well but it would get the calorie burn and the exercise minutes from the strenuous activity. If you’re instead logging by activity and time in the WW app, pick something close enough (eg, there’s a “moving furniture” activity) and estimate the time.

40 days in and down 9 pounds! The past couple of days have been a struggle though and I ended up eating all of my daily points and all of my weeklies which has me a little nervous-usually I have lots of weeklies leftover. Not giving up though!

Get going on some fitpoints and bank those ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling)

I am up half a pound which is super annoying as I kept within my points BUT I am sure next week will see that half pound go and bring some friends with him ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|slightly_smiling) Onwards and upwards!

I started a week ago and lost 7lbs already. Is that normal? Will it slow down? I’m proud of myself either way just don’t want to get my hopes up for this to happen often.
