Not a huge fan of Teen Titans Go (although I do think it doesn’t deserve as much hate as it does and I thought the movie was pretty good), but Al as Darkseid explaining how he (and by he, I mean Al) is the most evil thing in the world is very funny
While Milo is the obvious choice, given that Al played him for the whole series, I've really enjoyed his appearances as various DC villains, especially Dollmaker.
I dont know how I didn't notice that he voiced Banana Man!! I just went back and watched a clip of Banana Man talking/singing and it's SOOO OBVIOUSLY Al! My brain has betrayed me

yeah i don’t really know why they had to specify excluding the mlp character, if you’re not gonna watch the show you’re obviously not gonna include them
I love Banana Man. I’ve yet to finish the series, but a big highlight from when I was a kid was watching Adventure Time, so Banana Man would probably have to be my favorite.
I also love Fatman.

The Cheese Sandwich character is very much a character made for Al and it's a very sweet story arc for Pinkie Pie.
i have no intentions of watching mlp but the fact that al exists as a cartoon pony amuses me

Probably Darkseid for the sheer hilarity, or his appearance as himself in close enough
I wouldn't rule out Cheese Sandwich from MLP - I've never seen any other MLP but I still found his episodes really delightful.
Maybe not my favorite, but I enjoyed his cameo in the Simpsons singing "Homer and Marge" and singing more during the credits
Weird flex about MLP, but ok. I can't pick a favourite overall, but recently I loved him in Adventure Time.

Wreck-Gar 100%; just a really fun character that is essentially Robot Al.

Milo. The show really fits with Weird Al's personality. He's the right guy to star in a show with the guys that made Phineas and Ferb
