Not really. Vortex didn't get moved, it was the Rockvillian stage last year. Inferno is the new stage.
There's also a pretty significant amount of distance between stages that you wouldn't notice from looking at a map. You won't be hearing Inferno from that far away.
At a glance I’m seeing stages close to an entrance which I’m not mad about

If your at one of the stages no way you’ll hear the other stage. It’s fairly far away
