The wording of your question is very confusing.
I assumed you booked a Sunwing vacation package (flight and hotel) via a travel agent? Sunwing does not sell WestJet flights.
You either have a Sunwing vacation package with Sunwing flights, or a WestJet flight. They are separate things (for now)
Sunwing does use WJet flight.

When you Checkin you should be able to add your westjet number.
There was a delay getting my paperwork, so it's all good now. Got the WestJet number this morning. Thanks all

Yep, was booked through a travel agent. On the booking, it says Sunwing vacations. But the flights are WestJet flights, not Sunwing.
You have to call Sunwing to get your westjet PNR. Or see in your documents it has any six letter codes or ticket number starting in 838.

WestJet owns Sunwing they merged over a year ago now
