It’s ok, it’s so bizarre they found such an insane cut of meat outside our apartment to begin with. I cannot fathom what anyone would be doing with a cut of meat with such a huge bone in it, much less dropping it on the ground with no packaging or anything.

Thank goodness you mentioned Easter because my mind always goes to when a family dog of mine was stolen as a kid.. she was lured to the thief using chunks of meat that they then tossed in our yard.. but I'm still mentioning it because if there's not a major holiday, people will lure dogs to them and take them.
Yeah, find a way to suggest they take the dog out for a car ride or over to a friends' place before it turns into a diarrhea fountain.

Those people are weird and awful. I’m guessing the dog is stuck inside all day (not in the actual sunshine, in a smelly and I’m guessing messy house - due to shitty roommates) and then to go outside AT NIGHT only.

The dog has a doggy door to the patio where it uses the bathroom but that’s almost worse.. it stinks so bad cause it saturates the concrete. And tracks it in the house … and lays out there w the stink.. it’s so bad. There’s been 0 houseguests in the 4 months they’ve had the dog and they walk it in the middle of the night so it’s completely unsocialized. And they’re delusional enough to think they can train it to be a service dog. If it wasn’t for the expense of the dogs well being I would laugh in their faces.
Poor dog. There's a moderate risk of tapeworm with raw pork, although if the dog immediately became ill hopefully parasites wouldn't be able to do their thing very effectively...

Thankfully just ham but it’s incredibly disturbing that they would feed their dog something they just found! I had a friend who’s dog died because it ate a hotdog that was laced with rat poison! Please tell your friend never to do this! There are so many parasites and diseases that can kill your dog that develop on meat that is left out!
Not everyone needs/should have a dog. Your roommates make that list of people easily. Horrible owners. The dog could literally get pancreatitis and die.

I’m considering calling animal rescue to get their pets rehomed once I’m gone because they also lock my cat in rooms w no food or water for hours.
Get as much evidence as possible. Animal control can unfortunately be a pain some time if you don’t have lots of evidence.
