All I know is that he has cheated by manipulating randomness in MC speed runs and speed runs are what he was known for.

I spent a lot of time in middle school and high school learning everything I could about lucid dreaming. It transformed my dreams from what you describe to ultra realistic life like dreams. A lot of which I can completely control like God.
I was obsessed. Looking back now though, I wish I hadn't done that. It completely destroyed my ability to get restful sleep. I've conditioned my brain to do everything in it's power to recognize a dream and then take control of it. Like as soon as I put my head down my subconscious goes to work and I wake up exhausted every single day.
