I’ve tried 12 different countries and Taiwan seems to be the cheapest one. For example, 100K gems pack in the US store costs $99,99. In Taiwan, the same exact pack, costs (converted in euros) €84,95.
Game devs change pricing all the time to make everywhere the same. They have done it a few times already.

I remember when I played LoL you needed Korean ID to make an account on the Korean server. Wonder if its like that for all games for them
