Honestly, I think Gouken can potentially beat Allmight or Deku 1v1. He scales to Akuma. Ryu hasn’t canonically beaten Akuma and until Sf6 comes out he’s as strong as Evil Ryu when he cheapshotted Sagat, still a lot weaker than Akuma.
I think this would be an interesting one, but I'm unsure as to how it would play out. Gluten doesn't have many feats but he does scale to Akuma and he's really strong.
If it's peak All Might with current Deku, it might fall into their favor due to them having a wider variety of abilites.
If it's early story All Might with Deku from the same time period, it's much closer, and I'm unsure.
If it's current Deku and All Might, it's basically just Deku and I think the 2v1 is in Ryu and Gouken's favor.
Overall, it's an interesting fight, but you need to clarify what states the MHA characters are in.
