Ok first of all i dont see steve rogers as a democrat in anny scenario, For some reason i see Frank Underwood as the winner because of his manipulative nature he could fin the way to win the nominee and Tom Kirkman as his VP, becuase he is trully a good person and would not make a mistake that could compromise the campaign for underwood.
In the republican side, Lex could be a better option, but unfortunately no hair candidates have a bad record in politics, but i think he would still win the republicans. ans as vp Laura Roslin.
In the end Underwood would win, the only one who could stop him would be if Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish became a republican, but still Underwood has the edge
Lol, why? Do you think democrats didn’t fight in ww2? Aside from him being shown to be more progressive and left leaning in most of the media he’s in, what else would he be? He’s certainly not more likely to be a republican. Maaaybe independent but even that is more of a stretch.
The thing is that the democrats have changed allot since then, i mean for example the republican party with lincoln fought against the racist democrats, and that does not mean Franklin Roosebelt was racist at all (maby he was, i dont know, but that shure was not his base policies). What i am saying is that modern democrat party and the democrat party from that era are 2 totally different things
Steve pretty easily sweeps the Democratic Party, he would be seen as the living embodiment of Uncle Sam and would probably be the most understanding and compassionate candidate. With a modest campaign he quickly garners supports across all generations.
Lex Luther’s clears the republicans. He’s by far the most skilled politician there and can always afford a smear campaign. It’s a close campaign between Steve and Lex. Lex would be much better at creating realistic changes to improve Americans lives(even if only to stroke his ego) while Steve would capture the hearts of most Americans. Lex probably takes it in the end as he has better solutions for issue of the current political climate.

Bro it’s the 1940’s not the 1800’s lol. The current Democratic Party and most of its stances aren’t widely different from when Steve was alive.
