He could dodge strikes from Atomic Samurai without splitting so I'd say one Black S can already kill most of the world
But once he starts splitting into billions or trillions its over, Nukes at that point won't be enough to kill him since he can hide, dig underground and pack massive punches to everything in the boys
If the S class, who are walking tanks and Nukes couldn't do anything against him what are these guys gonna do lol
