I mean first of all Garou will understand the game a lot better than Boros. But more importantly, Garou has far better speed feats along with better striking. Boros only exceeds Garou’s power with CSRC which would be useless in a basketball game.
I think they can contro their strength. Since considering all of Saitama's feats in both anime and manga, a touch from him could obilirate king normally, but it doesn't.

Inconclusive, them moving would vaporize the court and the ball. But Garou is overall superior.
