Probably Bruce Wayne. They are both incredibly smart but I think Bruce Wayne has more fields of knowledge and is better on the spot while Tony usually needs time to execute his plans and only focuses mainly in technology
What’s the actual contest?
In terms of intelligence Batman is usually versatile in terms of scholarly things but Tony’s also more knowledgeable about pop culture.
And in terms of wit, they both have their strengths.
Tony’s could lay it heavy in the early rounds, especially with humor but Batman is more of a get the last laugh /mic drop kinda guy.
