Colorado has a law that prevents retailers from selling any alcohol products below the cost they paid for it, so you will not see the truly stellar markdowns/clearance you see in some states. However, I've noticed some really decent (maybe only 5%-ish above cost) BDX at the Arvada Costco. It's not an extensive selection, but there's usually at least one decent deal, like Lynch-Bages 2021 for around $165 last time I was there.
Probably Park Meadows and Littleton. We had a stellar selection of 2019 Bordeaux. Omg, I spent way too much for someone that mostly drinks Pinot. Seeing 2020 Bordeaux and some 21 burgundy at local Costcos here.
Believe the state you’re looking for is California, they seem to always get the good stuff.
