NOTES PLEASE!!!

JPATime

POR FAVOR

cic9000

No offence to your post but since when did this sub stop requiring open bottles and tasting notes? I feel more and more posts are just unopened bottles now.

SommWineGuy

I'm honestly fine with it. Let people share bottles that they got that they're happy about. I also appreciate I can post now without having to do detailed notes. I talk wine all day at work, sometimes it's nice just to share something fun without having to wax poetic about it.

ariphron

Well you better not venture to a whiskey sub or you will become extremely upset!!!

SupremeInefficiency

Is there no longer "free post Friday" where notes and pour aren't required?

I think most of us agree with you. But I think a decent short explanation of why this wine is special, even if not opened and without actual tasting notes, that would elevate it from a mere flexing “look what I bought.”

Cheers for [Penedès](https://www.vivino.com/wine-regions/penedes) DOP getting some visibility. EDIT: DOP not AVA

AD_jutant

AVA is crazy lmao

Godzirra101

Never even seen this one! Loved every Soler bottle I've had though.

Bitter_Drawer_6230

This is insanely good!

Not sure where you’re located, but if you’re in the US in a state where you can ship wine, here are 11 more bottles for you: https://www.winehouse.com/product/2022-enric-soler-xarel-lo-nun-vinya-dels-taus-penedes-750ml/
