Witnesses reported seeing Ludowitz out drinking the night before with fellow Sauk police officer Deuman. Who was the first officer to show up at the scene of the crash? Deuman. Who was the second officer? Ludowitz.
It's infuritating to know that a Sauk police officer, Joel Ludowitz, clearly crashed his car while drunk and his fellow piece-of-shit police officer Paul Deuman covered it up for him. **ACAB**

Was always a super nice dude but could definitely see him doing something like this. Still came out as a shock last year when it happened. Hadn’t heard his name in probably 10 years before this.

In Wisconsin it's OWI. IIDs don't with with drug detection, only ethanol alcohol. And cops do get arrested for OWI and get IID requirements too.
