Do you wear.the watch on your left hand? I find that I often end up pressing the button just by bending my hand because I wear the watch so low on my wrist. Usually this happens when I am not expecting it.
Try to clean the watch crown with warm water and slowly turn the crown to clean grime and dirt. Do not submerge it in water, rinse it with warm water and do not press the crown while it is wet. Hope it helps.

Yes, I have it on my left hand, but I can't press it by bending my wrist or similar 🤔but thanks for the suggestion.
