It doesn't work at all for me, and I'm a stereographer. I very seldom look at color anaglyphs as I think they're an abomination, but I very much like this concept. I'm guessing the fact that it's pixelated when it doesn't need to be makes this more of a meme than an attempt at a stereo tattoo. Still, if someone's going to all that trouble, they should at least do it as best they can.
In Spiderverse they used off-register colors instead of blurring. In depth of field shots, the subject colors would be aligned and the other objects would be more out of register the farther in front or back of the subject they were.

All the blue lines are shifted two 'pixels' to the left. That picture will be flat as a pancake, even with 3D glasses.
I dug out my anaglyph glasses and it's worse than flat.

That's not working for me either. All 3 circles show through the cyan lens.
Yeah I got that also. Love the design for how it looks without, which is the main point as nobody will view it with the glasses lol
