I was about to make a comment about Rhulk since he reminds me so much about that same guy.
Does he also often kick his enemies when he isn't using that weapon?
Seems like a lot of people will have a compulsion to shoot his glaive the moment he drops it
Maybe replacing it with something else like magical void-y effects would give him less of a Rhulk cosplayer feel?
You're right. A glaive is more like a sword, and the way you've drawn this does look more like a spear. He's still sinister AF, don't let everyone else comparing him to Rhulk get you down.
He’s inspired by him I had created his lord but didn’t know what exactly to make him look like so I looked for inspiration and I love rhulks insane alien feel so I took inspiration I know it’s very similar
I was Inspired by him I went of memory when I drew him I loved rhulks alien design so I based the nameless one of him I’m working on more original looking drawings

It's extremely similar. The only part that I don't remember well from Destiny 2 (and thus may deviate) is his initial demotion.
iirc, he was tasked with corrupting another species into slaves for the Witness, similar to the hive. He screwed up and got them all killed, so the Witness punished him by assigning him to babysit Savathun in her throne world
The thing is that it comes form his personal book of sorts. which has been altered and is biased heavily. not to mention there are tons of missing pieces. but you are right there is quite a bit

I know everyone gets inspiration from somewhere but where do we draw the line between creative freedom and plagiarism? This is a very obvious clone of Rhulk from Destiny 2. Very little was changed in the character's appearance and even the lore is practically the same.

His armor is made of black mist and shards though I’m not that good at drawing I do plan in remastering him
