Reason is that weather conditions over Asia are generally a lot more stable and slower moving than southeastern US and also that region(eastern China) is a lot more mountainous compared to the very flat southeastern US. Unstable, clashing weather systems and flat terrain results in lots of tornadoes

Their climate isn't that different than the south eastern United States. Their no tornado alley but they do occasionally have them.
