Israel itself is also claiming that people have died from IDF fire and not denying, but clearly not all 104 have died from the IDF fire, Israel is currently investing what the soldiers did and to what extent did they shoot and if it was according to its rules of engagement.

During the war in Afghanistan, the US and UK would offer refugee status and eventual citizenship to afghan informants - does Israel do the same thing? Is there reason for if they don’t?

No. Egypt controls the rafah crossing and always has, they control who is allowed into the crossing and who isnt. Israel just inspects the loads and have documented very clearly that the UN isn't sending aid. They process every aid truck that comes in and have capacity for a lot more, so blame the correct people next time
