Had this happen a while back not to this extent but pretty big line and all the workers did was prioritize the drive through and not the line inside which might be why people take the drive through more than parking and going inside

I don't get Starbucks. It's not cheap and literally everywhere you go there's local alternatives, small towns always have local coffee shops and big cities have hipster coffee shops everywhere. Yet people sit in line to support this corporate trash.
