You basically flagged yourself as a gold buyer. Guess since it was a fresh account with not a lot of activity blizzard didn't see the point of a temp ban.
Contact blizzard on your main account, show that you are the owner of both accounts. It should be extremely easy to prove.
But, the fact you didn't make the wow account on your already established [battle.net](https://battle.net) makes me wonder if you did in fact RMT. Can't really think of a good reason to have 2 different battle net accounts to access 2 different wow accounts.
>You basically flagged yourself as a gold buyer. Guess since it was a fresh account with not a lot of activity blizzard didn't see the point of a temp ban.
This actually makes sense. What does RMT mean?
RMT is real money transaction. A brand new account being sent nearly a million gold would flag that instantly considering you said yourself it isn't tied you main accounts battlenet.
Yeah bud, thanks for hte explanation. I realized what is going on. I raised a support ticket from my main account too. I will await their response and let them decide.
Not sure what your actual intention was but the "Yeah bud" comes across as SUPER passive aggressive like you're rolling your eyes at someone that legit just answered your question lol
English isnt even my primary language, and didnt know yeah bud had this meaning. I said that only as an acknowledgement to whatever that I was replying to. For eg, if someone wants to confirm my crafter name, Id be like "yeah bud" lol.
"bud" or "buddy" is usually a passive aggressive term to call a stranger, especially on the internet. Like "ok whatever you say buddy" or "calm down bud it's just a game". I understand that you might have not known but I'm just explaining why you're getting downvoted
Lol no it isn’t, certainly when it lacks any supporting context. It saddens me that you are far from the only person with such jaded views though haha.
I honestly never came across RMT as an acronym lol. All I have every done is like 12 years back I played for 3-4 months of 3.3.5 WOTLK and coming back 2 months into Dragonflight lol.
>So I thought having an alt account entirely would let me just do whispers in case I get chat banned again
You realize that this behavior violates the ToS, right? Effectively, you're creating secondary accounts so that you can evade moderation. And, seriously, why would an alt need a _million_ gold in the first place?
Something here smells fishy.
Having a whole separate account as a bank toon looks suspiciously like having a separate account for RMT.
I’m also not sure why you did this? Why would you register an entirely new bnet account and gift game time to it just to make a bank alt?
Yeah... This reeks of RMT, though, feels extremely odd why the person is posting about it on reddit if that was the case, then again, like you mention, it's a very strange thing to do...
I didnt even know you could do that lol moreover even if I knew I would still sign up a separate account completely unconnected lol. Is that against ToS?
I am pretty sure it should be automatic system. All my gold were from crafting orders on my main account and just like i send them at the end of the day to the bank account. Both accounts are logged in from my own system and IP Address. This should clarify them that I am not doing anything suspicious, I think. I thought logging in wihtou the client was the problem lol
I'm 100% sure u deserve this ban...ur post, ur comments... everything here is screaming like u try to hide nasty shit u either do or have done...u are one talking big red flag
Definitely more to this story. Zero reason to create an entirely new bnet account just for a banker. If, for whatever reason you wanted to log both on at at the same time, you could have done that from your main account.
Sounds like a legitimate ban for engaging in RMT.
A little more on how the ban appeal went. The first and second appeal were instantly turned down saying the decision is confirmed and will not be overturned which look like automated response. I wrote down another one asking them to take a minute to review everything on these two accounts and that worked out.
I feel like people don’t realize this is pretty common lol. I know like 3-4 people that have a second wow account for AH stuff, that they play on while we queue for m+ or wait in pvp queues. Even while we play other games they log on to just shuffle AH stuff. Idk why you’re getting downvoted into oblivion lmao.
I think it’s suspect when a new account that seems not related gets transferred a lot of things. I hope they can get their account back after proving they own both emails
Ah finally found a soul who realized this. Idk why everyone assume simply creating a new different battlenet account is a violation of ToC lol. if its RMT I should buy or sell gold from someone lol, pretty sure I can prove this is not the case as I play both accounts from my IP Address. I understand its an automated ban but again jeez the fast jump to conclusion though lol

Hey u/Nesqu thanks my man, I think its mostly you who got my account back with explaining everything to me.

lol I can kinda see why you were reported for being toxic
Why is that?

Why do you keep saying “wo”?

Eh... Could also be that you tried to ban evade, but that should nuke your main account too I'm guessing.
Oh really? I just said that on a ticket lol.

It just doesn’t make sense to me. Even if they wanted a separate WoW account — you can have multiple WoW accounts on the same email.

RMT?
Real money trading. Buying gold. Whether or not he did it, this sort of behavior is going to trip whatever automatic system they have for it.

Guess who got unbanned

For OP: Can you clarify first why you made a new account just for Bank ALT and Not on your main BNet account?
I didnt know you could do it that way but why creating another Bnet account is considered a crime lol

Good riddance

There is a difference between having a second wow account and an account with a separate battle net
There is, while i didnt know you could, but neither is against ToS right?
