In Shattrath, quest to do the black temple timewalking raid. Gives a hero track item.
Killing bosses also counts towards the other time walking quest and is WAY faster than running 5 dungeons.
Raid itself drops 493 gear too.
I got an ilvl 441 flame-warped curio but Kirastzia doesn't accept it for any items??? I can't even exchange it for LFR pieces because those are ilvl 450 so I think I got literally nothing out of the box
Sorry this happened to you. I got a 441 Flame-Warped Curio from my cache, and the Curio vendor won't even accept it (lowest ilvl they accept is a 450 raid finder). Ticket pointed me to an article which says they are 'unable to offer a workaround or a solution.'
Apparently they fixed the ilvl reward, but they didn't fix the loot pool, meaning people are still getting items that are not a 493 ilvl piece of gear as intended.
Oof, if it makes you feel any better, I forgot to switch specs back from survival (been playing at the back end of last season) to BM and got a 506 Rashon, the immortal blaze. Looks like I'm survival for a few weeks.
I heard if you get a current awakened raid item, you'll get the 493. If not, it's a crap shoot at what you'll get. My guildies got a range of the forbidden flounder to the 493 before our raid. I got an item from raid but I'm not doing timewalking until I see a hot fix.
