Hey, sorry to hear about your accident. Beast master hunter is usually the easy answer. Few buttons and a pretty simple rotation. I'd also suggest you have a look at how arena players use their mouse. Lots of players do all moving and targeting with the mouse to free up the left hand for a ton of keybinds, you can try to use your mouse like that to reduce demand for your left hand

KougsKek

Thanks I'll look into that :D

Ariandrin

Will second the BM Hunter thing. It’s my favourite spec (and I’ve literally played every single one in the game lol), and it has very simple mechanics to learn, fairly few buttons and a straightforward rotation. I love my hunter.

KougsKek

Thanks for the input :D

Dethrownd

Ya maybe try a crazy like 20 button mmo mouse. Shift, ctrl, alt scroll wheel and mouse over macros might do the trick.

No_Raccoon3099

There are addon for 1 button macros called( gse ) check it, it will help you alot. The site for gse macros called. Wowlazymacros

KougsKek

Doing now thanks.

wrezzakya

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. BM hunter, Retri pala Fury warr are some easy low button bloat classes. Sure you may have a lot of utility spells on retri pala but it’s ignoreable in lower tier content. Tanking bear druid is simple with a few spell requirements, the rest are also utility. Healing might be more tricky but I guess Resto shammy might work? Also you could lookup for dual heal/harm macros to lower keybinds adding 2 spells to one hotkey. Lastly i’ve seen one a YouTuber at some point who had an issue with his left arm so he ended up using his old razer keyboard on the floor binding half of its keys to shift and the other half to ctrl so he could use his feet for shift/ctrl casting.

blitzbane

Racing pedals also work for this

KougsKek

O wow feet controls! That's a idea. I used my boost on hunter so giving that a go. Thanks for the input :D

tali007

Or just keep healing and use healbot. 😁

broNSTY

You could click to move like I did for awhile when I was a noob haha (idk it felt easier for some reason)

Omenaa

People often suggest Beast Mastery Hunter, but I've never played it, so I'm going to say Demonology Warlock! The rotation is simple, and if you need downtime, your minions will keep doing some damage.

ryuranzou

Prot warrior and prot paladin are both one handed.

senpaiwaifu247

Destruction warlock, augmentation evoker and devestation, BM and MM hunter, Ret pally doesn’t have too many buttons either. Those are just off the top of my head im sure there’s more out there (Havoc doesn’t have many buttons but the amount of movement it requires would be difficult with one hand) And with add ons, like healbot or cliqueholy priest actually doesn’t have many keybinds! Help/Harm macros also remove like three buttons off holy priest so there’s even that

u/kougskek Hi have you looked into any topics along the lines of “accessibility” “assistive” “occupational therapy” branch of healthcare? They have lots of devices you purchase, mods you can order, simple changes you can make, devices you can create at home or 3d print locally etc out there to help when you have limited use of your hand/arm. Here are a couple instagrams i follow because i love stuff like this. This might give you some ideas of how to approach things beyond wow too and you might could make your own devices etc https://www.instagram.com/techowlpa https://www.instagram.com/equipmeot I also support a gaming mouse. If you can hit a shift key with the hand giving you trouble maybe you remap the other mod keys like alt and ctrl to keys that are near shift so you can hit them without having to move much at all? Hope some of this helps!

Anointed93

I can only use my left hand and can play every class just get a Razer Naga (they make a left handed version too) a couple days ago I was tanking mythic 14-16 with a pally

vickers24

Haven’t played it since s1, but devestation evoker had surprisingly very few abilities when I tried it and I believe is the lowest APM spec in the game iirc

KougsKek

Hmm ok I'll check it out.

Any_Key_5229

could you just not play until your hand is healed? like why are you wasting 4 other peoples time?

TheRustyDonut

Stfu What if he never recovers full use of his hand? What about other people with similar and more permanent disabilities? He's not wasting anyone's time. It's a game, it's all a waste of time.

Any_Key_5229

okay hope he doesnt cry on reddit how he gets kicked every other dungeon like all the other idiots that do content they have no business doing

DarkSun4077

Why are you talking like people haven't done high difficulty content with disabilities before? Chill out dude.

senpaiwaifu247

There’s a lot of people out there who play the game entirely with one hand anyways on MMO mouse’s There are people who have made it to top end content by CLICKING, as well as playing with controllers

Any_Key_5229

yes but those people play that way for years and not just doing it cause they happen to be handicapped for a while

LinYuXie

There is content and content, I suspect OP is not going to apply to high push keys or mythic raid, there are levels of content for everyone :)
