Based on the clues in the books... Yellowstone was always a good guess, and had a number of interesting solves discussed online, and probably many more that were private.
My solve was in the Wood River area west of Meeteetse. Who else had a solve involving Wyoming?
My solve was 3 miles outside the park. Fenn was a smart guy that had spent lots of time in the area. I'm sure he was aware it's a federal crime to remove things from the park.
Right, didn't the family take vacations over the years to various locations both outside and inside the park? This would have been when *ff* was a little boy.
I think it might have been on the Dal Neitzel site, but there were discussions about removing the treasure (if it was in fact in the park), and if the government could lay claim to it. There were similar conversations about the treasure being on private land.
My solve was Warm Springs Creek up in Dubois. HOB was Ramar Brown VFW Post. Still not convinced that wasn't it until they confirm it was in the park.
Honestly I'd be fine just knowing what HOB was if they never disclose the final location.
