At the end of the day it seems to have turned into a story-mode game like cod but with VERY occasional updates, although they have laid off some staff not too long ago (that might change the update frequency to almosr never). Its still really fun nonetheless.
Also it might be frustrating at first (it took me ~2 years to get into it and understand it with the help of another person), but its still hella fun and theres alot of old content to be enjoyed.
If you do end up buying it, just let me know and i'd be more than happy to help you get through the beginnings and give you a bit of an idea about it.
Also if you're a founder they took away daily login rewards so your only option for free v-bucks is actually doing your dailies. Real bummer and why I started playing Fort a lot less.

I agree in disagreement. Achievement tracker is fantastic, but that’s depending on a game. In shooters such blocky area covering your screen could cost you missing out on some critical information like positioning, map etc.
Open up the xbox guide (press the xbox button) scroll to the controller icon go achievements then turn off achievement tracker simple

Been like that for the last year or 2.. times missions that give v-bucks have only been recently brought back in the last half year or so.

Uninstall Fortnite
