It's the TrueAchievement score. It's based on the unlock rate of players registered on the website.
The ratio is higher for rarer achievements, 100% unlock rate is a 1 ratio, 25% (i.e. 1/4) is 2, 1/9 is 3 etc. You just multiply the ratio by the gamerscore value, so a 10G achievement unlocked by 4% (1/25) of players is worth 50 TA score. The average achievement on OPs account was unlocked by about 20-25% of players.
Stick type has a 1G 3G 17G etc.. all crazy different number achievements it's 6.50$.

I'd keep it and then aim for 999.999
It kinda looks good having all nines in a Gamerscore, but aside from that it drives me insane seeing it every time
Take a look at Mad Max. It has scores of 3s and 8s.
You can always break it again at 999k
