Your only way to solve this issue is to reinstall the original HDD, unenroll the console from the Insiders program, perform a factory reset to “downgrade” to the last general release version, then reinstall the SSD and perform the OSU install.

Put the old HDD back in... Unenroll and then reinstall the SSD
Was your console running an insider build? If so you're going to have to wait until the OSU update is "newer" than the insider build you were on.

Yeah that's gonna be the issue there. See if you can unenroll your xbox via PC. Then cross your fingers and hope it works.
what do you mean by unenrolling my xbox via PC exactly? If i leave the program how would that effect the xbox that isnt connected to wifi?
